Our Story

ACE NextGen, an initiative of the National Asian/Pacific Islander American Chamber of Commerce & Entrepreneurship (National ACE), builds trust in action by connecting emerging entrepreneurs through values-driven relationships that accelerate business growth and leadership development. In 2025, through National ACE’s 130 affiliated chambers, 11 NextGen chapters, and 75 workshops nationwide, ACE NextGen served more than 4,500 young entrepreneurs and activated a growing national network of 11,100+ peers.

The program invests in young entrepreneurs’ success through local activations, mentorship, and workshops led by industry experts, while connecting participants with public-private partners and Fortune 500 companies. Rooted in culturally competent, community-driven engagement, ACE NextGen transforms trust into measurable economic opportunity and long-term community resilience.
