• Have been operating a women-owned business profitably for the 3-5 years

• Are ready to grow their business and need assistance on the next steps

• Need tools, resources, and the perspectives of those who have experienced this phase of business growth

• Are looking to create a network of individuals/business owners who are in similar places

• Can devote at least 1 hour a month for virtual 1x1 meetings plus group development sessions.

• Note: The mentee will define what is considered "growth" for the next phase of their businesses.

• Have experience in growing your businesses and can share tools and perspectives

• Meet the mentee where they are at and support them in the way they need.

• Be available to dedicate to mentoring relationships.
