This virtual event will provide tools and resources for small employers and will address key questions including:

• What is a “Good Job” and why does it matter for a small and mid-sized employer like you?

• What decisions and actions can you as a business owner take to increase job quality and ensure that employees want to work for your company?

• How can your company get started on a “Good Jobs” journey and what resources are available to help guide and support your company?

As a part of this event, you’ll have the opportunity to hear directly from Department of Commerce leadership about our “Job Quality Toolkit.”  We’ll also share resources available to small employers, and hear from other small employers who will share their most promising practices, experiences, and aspirations in order to help other small employers like you begin a “Good Jobs” journey.
