Beverly Kim is a Chicago-based chef and restaurateur celebrated for her creative, heartfelt, and forward-thinking approach to dining. Together with her husband and co-chef Johnny Clark, she co-owns Parachute HiFi and Anelya—two acclaimed restaurants that reimagine how culture, storytelling, and community come together around the table.

A James Beard Award winner for Best Chef: Great Lakes, Beverly is known for pushing boundaries in both flavor and concept, from modern Korean American cuisine to inventive listening-bar dining. With over 25 years in the kitchen, she continues to explore new ways to connect people through food while balancing the beautiful chaos of family and creative life.

Brittany Bakkum is an experienced leader in the food-tech industry based in Chicago, IL. For nearly five years, she has worked at Grubhub, where she manages a dedicated team of account managers who support restaurants across the central United States. When she's not helping businesses grow, Brittany is a big foodie who loves trying out the newest spots, and she is also passionate about traveling, marketing, and social media.
