Grace Lee is the CEO/President of Ashford Connex, LLC., an advanced workforce development company, specializing in executive search and staff augmentation. Prior to founding Ashford Connex, Grace was a co-founder and CFO of Logic Solutions, Inc., a global web technology company that provides technology solutions and services for businesses across the United States and Asia. Logic Solutions has over 250 employees globally and was one of the winners of the State of Michigan’s Top 20 Companies to Watch in 2010.
Grace’s leadership extends beyond her business as she is a strong advocate for diversity and entrepreneurship. In addition to serving as the Treasurer for the Asian/Pacific Islander American Chamber of Commerce & Entrepreneurship in Washington D.C. (National ACE), Grace serves as the Treasurer for Global Detroit and Oakland Thrive, Board of Directors of the Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (Michigan), and a member of the International Women’s Forum.
She served as a Commissioner on the White House Initiative on Asian American and Pacific Islanders, Commissioner at the Michigan Asian Pacific American Affairs Commission (Interim Chair/Vice Chair/Secretary), Chair of the Board of Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (APACC), and Board of Directors of Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC). She also served as the Treasurer for the MIT Enterprise Forum of the Great Lakes Chapter and as Vice President/Treasurer of Annual Collaboration for Entrepreneurship (ACE).
Her accomplishments have earned her significant recognition, including induction into the Michigan Businesswomen Hall of Fame in 2024 and being named one of Crain’s Detroit Top 100 Most Influential Women in Michigan in 2021. She received the MIT Enterprise Forum Excellence Award in 2012, as well as the Diversity Award from Corp! Magazine in 2008.
Grace Lee holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and a Master’s in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
