Noelle D. Blanco

Noelle D. Blanco (she/her/they) is an accomplished leader in corporate sales, marketing, and stakeholder management with extensive experience partnering with Chambers of Commerce, civic leaders, and community organizations across California. She serves on national and local boards supporting AANHPI leadership development and environmental justice.

Noelle brings over a decade of nonprofit executive experience and more than fifteen years in for-profit sales, marketing, and community development (CSR), offering a strategic, cross-sector approach to organizational growth and scaling mission-driven initiatives. She is a first-generation Portuguese, Filipino, Spanish, and Chinese American queer professional from and residing in the San Francisco Bay Area and is committed to advancing equitable economic and social outcomes.

Outside of her professional work, Noelle enjoys travel, exploring new cuisines, meditation retreats, swimming clinics, and spending time with her rescue pup, Nugget.
