Meet the Speakers:
Taylor Deloye: Taylor Deloye is a Customer Success and Sales professional with 14 years of experience in the tech industry. Taylor started his career at Groupon and helped over 1,000 SMBs and restaurants in setting up Groupon Ad campaigns. Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Master's degree in Customer Experience Management (CXM). In 2025, Taylor joined Grubhub to help drive restaurant success across the West Coast. His team manages over 3,000 top restaurant accounts on the Grubhub platform. Taylor is a Customer Experience (CX) advocate who helps restaurant owners focus on providing excellent experiences for their customers. Outside of work, he is a fitness fanatic and loves a good DIY project!
Jinah Ahn: Jinah Ahn is a Korean American immigrant born in Incheon, South Korea, and raised in upstate New York. She graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and recently obtained her JD from Albany Law School. She was a case manager and taught English and employment education with Catholic Charities Community Services in New York City, and worked as a Job Developer at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants in Albany. She then took her experience to start a social venture in the form of a farm-to-table Korean restaurant in Troy, New York. Sunhee's Farm and Kitchen opened in May 2016 and has since provided employment opportunities for immigrants as well as in-house educational services such as English classes and computer literacy programs, with plans to add on legal services in the near future. She is also the mother of two children.
